Monthly Parking access is provided through the use of a proximity card. USPG offers two types of monthly parking:
Proximity cards are the sole property of USPG and a replacement fee of $15.00 will be assessed for lost, stolen or non-returned cards. If you forget your access card, you must pull a ticket and pay the posted rate upon departure. If your card is not working, or denies access, please contact the North garage office during the hours of 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Mon -Fri). Payment is due on the first of the month and late after the 5th of the month. If payment is not received by the 5th, proximity cards will be locked out on the 6th. Payment may be made through cash, check or credit card. Thirty days (30) notice from the first of the month is required to cancel monthly parking. No Proration Policy: Monthly parking charges are effective starting from the 1st day of every month and USPG does not offer prorated parking rates. Protect yourself by securing all personal items out of sight and lock your vehicle upon leaving the garage. Union Station Associates, LLC and International Parking Management Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever, for damage to or loss of vehicle, its contents or accessories from any cause. Vehicle owner assumes all risk or damages while parked in the Union Station Parking Garage. It is our strong recommendation that you read the attached information from the Seattle Police Department. Speeding in the parking garage is inherently dangerous. The speed limit is 5 MPH. Watch for pedestrians and bicycles. Bicycle access to USPG is thru the South entrance only. Bike racks are provided by the various buildings throughout the lower level of the garage for your convenience. Check with your building Manager to determine your designated rack. BICYCLE RIDING ON THE RAMPS IS NOT PERMITTED. Validation Program: A validation program is only offered through the purchase or lease of a USPG validator. Parking is permitted in marked stalls only. Cars will be towed and impounded at owners expense if parked without authorization: in reserved parking stalls; in handicap parking stalls without valid permit; in front of loading docks; in unmarked areas; double parked or blocking other vehicles. Loading docks: All trucks must enter through the South garage. Trucks using the loading docks must pull a ticket and have it validated by the respective Building Manager. No trucks in excess of 24 feet will be permitted in the garage. A separate policy is in effect for Sound Transit. Operational Measures:

Car prowls are ever increasing...the most prevalent crime in Seattle. Toyotas and Hondas are the cars of choice. Please help prevent car prowls by following these tips: Always lock your car and close windows/sunroofs, even if you're only gone a few minutes. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN SIGHT IN YOUR VEHICLE. That includes coins, packages, CD's, sunglasses, cellular phones, duffel bags, and even an empty paper bag. REMOVE ITEMS – VALUABLE OR NOT. Alarms still are a deterrent. Park in a well lit area. Results of interviews with Offenders: Any vehicle is a potential target Any time is a good time Majority of offenders peer into the vehicle first Note: Offenders often wait 2-3 weeks and return to the same vehicle if the “pickings” were good the first time. REPORT……REPORT……REPORT all car crimes to SPD, your employer, garage and building management and security. SPD will not personally respond, but your reports to 9-1-1 help determine the following year’s budget for SPD and also allow for better tracking of specific problem areas within the city.
