Agreement Understandings

I understand that Union Station Associates LLC and its parking operator, International Parking Management Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for damage to or loss of vehicle, its contents or accessories from any cause whatsoever.

I also understand and agree to the following: The Monthly Parking Rate is subject to change. Payment is due on the first of the month. Credit card payments will be charged between the first and the fifth of each month. Payments not received by the 5th of the month will be charged a $25 late fee. Payments not received by the 10th will result in access card suspension. Accounts not current by the 20th will accrue interest at a rate of 12% per annum.

Regular Monthly Parking Plan is $182.00 per month plus tax.
Monthly parking DOES NOT include parking for Exhibition Center/Safeco Field Events. Signs will notify you of an Event day. Parking is allowed during business hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on event days. If the Event is after normal parking hours, Monthly Parkers must vacate by 6:00 PM on weekday event days and one hour before weekend events. If you stay, you will be charged for the event.

This agreement continues monthly until cancelled by either party. To cancel this agreement thirty (30) days written notice must be given to the garage operator from the FIRST day of the month. Automatic monthly payments may be made through the use of AMEX, VISA, or M/C credit cards. Read the Rules and Regulations of Union Station Parking Garage.

Print/sign the contract and bring it to our office. We will issue you an access card!
